The core of my work is based upon high quality executive coaching from Ashridge, integrated with the success proven processes of Marshall Goldsmith for leadership growth as I am part of the Marshall Goldsmith organization. For the assessments I mainly use HOGAN as well as the 360 Global Leadership Assessment.
